No! Our beginner classes are designed for those with no prior experience. Whether you’re new to karate or returning after a break, our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Comfortable sportswear (like a t-shirt and jogging bottoms) is fine for your first few classes. Once you decide to continue, you’ll need a karate gi (uniform), which we can help you purchase.
